Hi! I’m Olivia. My passion for helping people improve their health comes from my own struggle with severe digestive distress and hormone imbalance.

After visiting every doctor and trying every prescription with no relief from my symptoms, I finally realized it was time to take my health into my own hands.

I said goodbye to restrictive diets, and hello to real, nutrient-rich food. Instead of endless kale salads, I learned to properly prepare my food with traditional techniques and incorporate nutrient-dense foods.

I learned to source my food in ways that increase the nutrient value AND support the environment. And with these changes, I went from sick and tired to energetic and thriving.

Once I saw the wonders that diet and lifestyle changes can make, I became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner to help others heal their gut and balance their hormones naturally.
